“…But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint…”
(Isaiah 40:31, NKJV)
In this Scripture, it compares a believer to an eagle. It’s interesting how an eagle handles challenges such as crows and other birds. It is simply by rising above and evading its enemy winning the battle at long last.
The world, our country, and counties are facing the same challenges today as that of the Eagle, e.g. Corona, Floods, political heat among others.
There is a way we can handle and overcome these challenges. We need to follow the instructions and laid down directives. And above all maintain them for our own life and family’s at large, we are to overcome them.
When the eagle is out flying, the crow will come up right behind it and pester it, doing things to annoy it. Although the eagle is much bigger, it can’t maneuver as fast as it wishes too.
Instead of getting upset and trying to fight with the crow, it simply spreads out its seven-foot wingspan, catches the winds, and rises higher and higher. This is rising above the challenge.
The eagle can fly at heights the crow cannot. See the best option and use it for your protection or advantage.
We all have some crows in our lives, people, disease, and the situations we are at now, which try to pester us into conflict, situations that tempt us to lose our peace and make us get angry and lose our temper and patience.
The good news is, you’re an eagle. You can go up higher and by doing so evade them, you have an option, You can fly where crows can’t fly. But if you stay down at their level arguing with them, and get upset and annoyed with every crow, and get involved in battles that don’t matter, those are distractions.
Be assured they’ll keep you from focusing on your life’s goals and your destiny. And we can stand this trying time as we are now. We need to fight as a team and work together, for a better tomorrow.
My prayer to you, Our heavenly Father, thank You for Your promise that, we can wait upon You to renew our strength and enable us to rise up with wings above the challenges that come against us.
Help us to walk in peace and not allow others and situations to get us all involved in battles that don’t matter and don’t bring solutions. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
