Tsavowrite Media group team proved this saying right and I can say that everything exceeded not only my expectations but the entire team’s. The amount of effort, time, and dedication that every member put towards the design, preparation, and success of the event made it the spectacular affair originally imagined. Being guided by the company’s C.E.O Mr. Job, everyone had something to do, to facilitate the entire event. To surprise you, this entire organizing of the event was done in time span of three days. What can I say, brilliance was for the first time contained in one room.
Just to let you in on what happened before the launch………….
Everyone was moving from one corner of Voi town to the other, with meetings from one hotel to the other trying to discuss on the different things to do that would make the launch event one to last in people’s minds. Invitations had already been dished out to advertisers, sponsors, friends, and business associates who were willing to support the entire venture. Having 5 hours of sleep was more than luck for the team players since everyone had a task that needed to be done and delivered. Working with people who have the zeal and motivation is a guarantee that they will do their best to get the best results.

Madam C.O.O could not get the chance to sit down since she had to ensure that everything was in place and running its due course. Ensuring that calls had been made to the respective clients and confirming the attendance of the guests. The turn up was all due to the endless calls she made during the day. In spite the fact that the program had been made and printed for all to see, it was through her co-ordination that everything ran smoothly. The tech team wasn’t left behind in making the event a success. It was their skill that gave everyone in the room a chance to see what the company had to showcase. The magic behind the stages, the lighting was all them. What can I say? The power point presentation was on point. Apart from a few hiccups here and there, their good work covered for the stresses.
The ushers also did quite a commendable job. Human beings at times need a little guidance here and there on what to do especially when attending an event they know nothing about. The ushers ensured that every person was directed to the Vacani Resort Conference Hall and through the interactions with them they felt like they belonged. With MC Marox in the building, nothing could go wrong, with his jokes and endless stories the event was hyped and everyone was engaged in a conversation. Another group that was not part of Tsavo media group, but ensured the success of the event was the Vacani Resort team. They worked so hard to ensure that the décor was well done and even providing the entire event with some tantalizing snacks that kept the guests sated. The work they did was remarkable.
The launch event was one of a kind, the guests were happy having seen exactly what they were promised. Smiles could be noticed from around the room because everyone knew that the future of Taita Taveta County was in good hands. They were happy that young people were doing something great and out of the ordinary. It is the input of every single team member that the event turned out to be great. Everyone played their part well.
