Kariobangi sharks beat Everton in friendly

The stadium was buzzing with excitement as members of the public awaited the game between local football team Kariobangi sharks and English premier league team Everton FC. With so much anticipation the game kicked off and the energy in the field was extraordinary. After regulated time of play, the teams came to a draw of 1-1 and this prompted them to head to shooting penalties in a bid to have a tie-breaker.

Brian Bwire who was declared the hero of the day and match not only saved two penalty shoots but also shot the winning kick giving Kariobangi sharks their win. This left Kenyans quite the happy crowd as opposing members headed home throwing jibe comments at each other.

The highlight of the day were the crazy and hilarious dances displayed by the Kenyans once they scored their penalty goals. Personally I believe the dance by Yidah deserves an award.

Check out the game’s highlights in case you missed it.
